Quiet pictures of far places and the people in them

Linen Atlas makes natural-light photographs for couples, families and editors who would rather feel a place than pose in front of it.

The approach

Unhurried sessions, honest light and very little direction. I follow the weather, the walk and the small moments in between, then deliver a finished story rather than a folder of files.

About

A notebook, a camera and a long walk

Linen Atlas began as a travel journal. The habit stayed: arrive early, notice the light, and let people settle into themselves before the shutter matters.

I work with a small kit and a calm pace, so sessions feel like an afternoon outdoors rather than a production.

  2. 02

A short call to choose light, location and a loose timeline.

    Deliver

A carefully edited, sequenced gallery ready to share and print.

Questions

Before you book

Anything else can go in your enquiry.

Do you travel for sessions?

Yes. Many sessions happen away from home, from coastlines to mountain towns. Travel is planned together once the location is set.

How long until we see our photographs?

Portrait galleries usually arrive within a few weeks; weddings and editorial stories take a little longer. You will get a clear timeline when booking.

How are photographs delivered?

Through a private online gallery where you can view, download and share high-resolution images.

What if the weather turns?

Soft cloud and mist often make the best light. If conditions are unsafe, we simply choose another day.
